Hmmm...nothing, really.
No big news, no particularly strange stories. Just little bits and pieces that you may enjoy.
We got a DVD that some friends took of J(5)during her vegas tournament. So I got to see J(5)score one of her goals. It was pretty fun to watch, and the running comentary from fowl-mouthed hockey playing women was pretty entertaining too.
I'm pretty sure I have my rough schedule for where I want to go in Japan worked out, but I'm being a wuss when it comes to making reservations. I'm going to call someone and the're going to start talking to me in *japanese*. That's intimidating.
Wii: Still fun.
Doing a paragraph here and there on my book. If this were a progress bar in Internet Explorer that determined ETA by how fast we were going, I should have this book finished sometime before 2035.
Man, I want to make some music. Those of you with a penchant for old video game music remixed MUST check out www.ocremix.org. That place is just amazing.
Valentines day! That's right. I remember now. That happened. As it turns out, though, this is probably the WORST possible day to go out and celebrate with a loved one, because all of the restaurants are just *stuffed* to capacity. You both end up frustrated because service takes so long, assuming you can find a place to eat at all...not so much fun.
Instead, I used my *massive* skills in the kitchen to make desert for valentines day. Mousse! Fully enjoyable. Jessie, in exchange, got me some more Good Eats DVDs (MYAY!) so that, presumably, I can continue to make her delicious things for Valentines day.
I continue to work, they continue to pay me.
Short, sweet, and to the point. I like it. Done!
